She said that the negative and opportunistic politics in the past two decades took the state backwards and developments reached a standstill. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra while speaking at an election meeting at Sultanpur as part of her campaign for Congress said that the non-Congress Governments in U.P did nothing for the development of UP.
