Rahul Gandhi in Noida: India cannot surge ahead without development in UP
India cannot surge ahead without progress in UP said Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing an election rally in noida. “UP is the biggest place and there was a time when this state used to show the path to others” he added.
