Rahul Gandhi visits Madarasa in U.P

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi visited the Hazrat Shalim Miyan Madarsa in Uttar Pradesh and inquired about the facilities there. While coming out of the madrasa, he broke the security cordon and mingled with people, who had gathered to have a glimpse of him in nearby houses. Rahul Gandhi today interacted with people on his way back from a madrasa during his five-day visit to western Uttar Pradesh. He is on his campaign for Congress in the state for the upcoming Assembly elections.
Congress General Secretary also addressed various public meetings and requested people to give Congress a chance to bring positive changes in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi blamed the non-Congress Governments in the state for the past 22 years for the bad living conditions. He said that the governments did do nothing to improve the infrastructure or living conditions in the state and therefore no development happened. People from U.P are forced to migrate to other cities like Maharashtra or Delhi for securing better jobs.
He urged people to think differently to bring positive changes in the state. Rahul Gandhi assured that Congress can change U.P in 10 years and will bring back the state to the top again, if voted to power.
