Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is clearly a leader who delivers. He had visited the drought-hit areas in Maharashtra recently. After the visit he led a delegation to the Prime Minister seeking relief measures for the affected region. That is what we saw in Bundelkhand, Tappal and Bhatta-Parsaul. Recently after his visit to the drought hit areas in Maharashtra, he led a delegation to the Prime Minister and requested his help to find solution to the problems of the people in the affected area.
