Rahul Gandhi in Pratapgarh explains about UPA Government policies

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally in Pratapgarh as part of his campaign for Congress in the poll bound Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi urged people to support congress and elect Congress candidates so that Congress can form a pro-poor and pro-development Government in the state. He told that the people in Uttar Pradesh are looking towards a change and the change will take place. Rahul Gandhi also declared that he will not leave the state till the development reaches back in U.P
While addressing an election meeting at Pratapgarh in the poll bound Uttar Pradesh Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi explained about the various welfare policies of the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre. Rahul Gandhi also said that the Central funds sent to the state under various schemes were looted by the state Government.
