Rahul Gandhi in Lucknow: Congress is fighting for a win in U.P this time
Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi took on the non-Congress parties in Uttar Pradesh for the pathetic conditions in the state. He said that twenty-two years non-Congress rule in the state for the past 22 years dragged the country backward and no development took place. All these parties were working for the interests of a particular caste or religion and only they were benefitted, alleged the Congress General Secretary.
Rahul Gandhi said that a Congress government in the state will change this situation and will help UP to come back to the path of development. He urged the people to support Congress and help it to form a Government of aam aadmi in Uttar Pradesh.
Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi expressed confidence that Congress is going to win the preset assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. We were not in a strong position before, but no Congress has come back strongly he said. Rahul Gandhi was addressing an election rally in Lucknow as part of his campaign.
