Slamming the non-Congress (I) governments of Uttar Pradesh for not undertaking development, Congress (I) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi during his second five day public campaign from December 13 to 17, 2011 in central districts of UP said parties like BSP and SP have neither vision nor plans for taking Uttar Pradesh forward. Nobody can save U.P unless the people in the state think for a change, reminded Rahul Gandhi. He said people are fed-up with governments which divides the state in the name of caste or religion. “What we need is a government of the common man. The state cannot progress till we have a government of aam aadmi,” said Rahul Gandhi. He lashed out at the Mayawati Government saying that the government is deep-neck in corruption. “The ministers are in jail, corruption is everywhere”, highlighted Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi is spearheading the Congress campaign in U.P for the upcoming assembly polls.
